Hello – reach out to the IC Association to help you find a provider in your area that can help you. It is a very challenging disease that I've been suffering with for 12 years. Also look up Jill Osborne at IC Network . she is a great resource for helping to guide you. You need to be on a restricted, acid free diet and there are supplements that can help for the pain. I presently take Urebel for bladder pain, Prelief as an acid reducer supplement before meals. You almost need a village of providers i.e.. urologist, pain specialist, PT, and regular low impact exercise. I hope this helps to guide you somewhat.
