Is there activity here? I am 60 and was just diagnosed as having malrotation intestines, which gave me GERD (slime) which created post nasal drip, which is constant. We believe it was asymptomatic as I was always so active. In January I had back surgery which put me down on my back for 6 weeks, then!
I started the cough, the slime, the spitting all night. They thought it was bacterial, treated me with steroids, cough medicine and inhalers. Then I developed a fungus, but still had the cough, ditto again, then I saw my doc, he referred me to a gastro doc, so I had an endoscopy, and he was surprised that my food wasn't digested after 12 hours, so I had a MRI, lung XRaY and finally a CT scan which surprised us all with my malrotation of my intestines. (Usually discovered in neo natal as it develops in utero and they operate).
Question is….. Anyone else have to deal with this? I know it is very rare. and second, I just got back from a week at Canyon Ranch, where I worked out all day, every day, and I was greatly improved each day.
