Hey everyone. I had an EKG, Stress Test, Echo that were all fine, but I asked for additional test and my score came back at 1460. I feel fine and everything but of course now I feel like a ticking time bomb. I'm only 47 yrs old. My issue is came from Hypertrigliceridemia. At my age and having this I dont know what to do, my doctor has me taking natural supplements called Coratin, K-2 and Nattkinese with Crestor 5mg every other day. Plus working out, which has been tough to do. Is there anyone with any other suggestions?

Hi Group. I'm new and I read @zino post and wanted to respond. I wish I had a score of 702 like you did when you where 47. I'm 47 now and have a score of 1460. Being this young and feeling like a ticking time bomb has changed the way I'm looking at life. I'm unemployed but wondering if getting back into my field, Sales, is even something I should consider. I've been researching and understand that K2 comes from Gouda and Brie cheese. Is the vitamin as effective to get what we need? Also, I read that MK-7, found in Edam and Natto is very important as well. I'm now reading about how to change my diet. The vitamin cocktail for us with high Calcium scores is C,D3, E, Magnesium and K2 + MK-7. Anyone know the best brands to use? I understand there are a lot of bad vitamin brands that have great marketing but poor product.

I’m glad this group exists. I’m trying to be proactive about my health after a long “fast lane” lifestyle. After pressing my primary to send me to heart specialist because ekg was fine, they did echo which also was fine. Then passed the stress test. But the calcium score came back and the heart specialist told me, while I was doing the stress test, that my score came back in the highest percentile. That was 2 weeks ago, I had blood work done and go back to find out what that calcium score means. After what I’ve been reading I’m really scared. I’m reading all this sudden death and nothing anyone can do but meditate and pray. I’m only 47.
