I've been reading a lot about Cerebral Spinal Fluid leak that appears to mimick other symptoms and diseases and often goes undiagnosed or misdiagnosed for long periods of time while the patient suffers and is told it's all in their head, well quite literally it just might be. After all sorts of tests seeing multiple doctors and specialists (ENT, Internal Medicine, Emergency room (for the Blood CT urine tests) all of which come back as "normal (and that is the case with CSF) everything from being told I have allergies, acute sinusitis, depression, anxiety seeing an ENT having a CT of my head. ruled out it is not sinus told it is neurological my primary referred me to a neurologist and cited Ataxia and Memory disorder as most recent diagnosis. All the symptoms are there, form clear fluid nasal drip, neck pain, ear pain, vision issues, concentration issues, extreme chronic fatigue unable to drive light sensitivity and sound sensitivity, insomnia, headaches brain fog all of it just recently saw this post and I wonder am I wasting time seeing a neuro? Why is it is so difficult to have this checked and ruled out.
