May 4, 2018 · Complications with Statins in Heart & Blood Health

I had different statins in doses of 10mg – 40mg , except for minimal muscular pains, no other signs or symptoms. Presently, on Rosuvastatin 10mg , with
mostly normal and favourable reports of lipid profile, for more than 6 months to one year. As read about Coenzyme Q10 can help in relief of muscular pains,
trying to use though seems expensive, in India with a few limited brands available.

Apr 30, 2018 · Feeling Skipped Beats, Palpitations: What could this possibly be? in Heart Rhythm Conditions

I had pvc's for about 5 years, on holter/s and controlled well with Cordarone 100mg, asymptomatic mostly, recently due to minimal no.of
them to zero- level, on random ecg/s, on monthly basis, for 3 months and prolonged QT 537 ms, reduced the dose of medication
(cordarone) to 50 mg, and QT 444 ms, is reduced interval and I feel better. This is only as a preventive measure to avoid any episode
of v.tach ; progress has been rewarding, with significant reduction of the risk.I have more of sinus bradycardia, with HR/PR of 55-60/min, prolonged PR-interval (237 ms), I am clinically stable.

Neither chiropractor nor Medicare in India; would need to come to USA for help with my degenerative disc disease.Consulting 2 spine-specialists , did not
offer any relief, except a pain doctor , who advised pain relievers, physical therapy and nerve block as a blind approach ( avoided by my cardiologist's advice).
May try to work with neurosurgeon, if I save some funds to pay for ESI, with guidance from a US-specialist doctor (while in India, being conservative).

Except as a Physician working for/at a hospital, few provide health coverage for "White Coat Insurance" and if retired and/or not working, very much has to be
paid from your pocket for lab., consult, treatment, etc. Very few doctors show professional courtesy as member of "Medical Fraternity" and as a senior healthcare provider. Hardly there is any insurance coverage for middle class, but, costs being quite high. I am a SSA-Medicare beneficiary, but there is no
coverage, outside USA , as I am presently in India (where even less is more). What can I say, that I hardly got sick , with total Insurance (2-3) in USA?
