Here's what works for me, 1) Walk every day at a comfortable pace, and do it religiously!, 2) taking an excellent B-complex vitamin supplement - I take Solgar (brand) V-75, and take omegabrite.com capsules (amazing!! recommended to me by a top psychopharmacologist who said he takes it) and 3) volunteer work that you enjoy doing, 8 - 10 hours a month. And reading important-to-you religious material daily. (I read the Bible.)
