Thanks for the all of the good suggestions. I am going on 4 years of continual morning anxiety. The doctors I have seen are indifferent and judgemental. Claim they are not familiar with morning anxiety. I am glad to know I am not alone.

I have not found anything that helps my morning anxiety and am desperate to find something to relieve it! The feeling of doom and the sweating is an awful way to start the day. I have tried meditation, talk therapy,medications yoga praying etc. Usually by evening I feel ok but I know it will start all over again in the morning.
I appreciate anything anyone knows that I can try. Thanks
I have been having morning anxiety everyday for the past 6 months. It usually lasts until afternoon. It wakes me up around 5:30 or 6;00. I’m getting very discouraged. The Dr acted like she had never heard of it before. Im glad to see Im not alone.
