Description
The Mayo Clinic Ostomy support group meets monthly, on the first Tuesday of the month from 6 to 8 PM MT (find your time zone). We are currently meeting virtually, via Zoom. Each meeting will feature a relevant topic and a guest speaker. Topics have included: stoma and skin management, ostomy care and products, nutrition related to ostomates, motivational ostomate speakers and emotional support.

Need to change bag before eat or drink otherwise mt Vesuvius.

You will have to observe the pattern of your stoma discharge. Usually if its activity starts while you are eating and the bag is already one third full(before eating) then its better to drain it out/change it.
Same goes for drinking.
