DESCRIPTION:Partnering with the Christina Phipps Foundation\, Mayo Clinic Florida hosts a FREE chair yoga class for cancer survivors and their caregivers. Consult your physician prior to joining. Please wear comfortable\, stretchy clothes that are easy to move in. A yoga mat is not needed.\n\nEvent will be held every Monday from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Eastern time (find your time zone). No classes on federal holidays.\n\nThis is an in-person only class. However\, there are other options available through the Christina Phipps Foundation.
