Your link for the bedside handoff survey goes to the PFAC database survey I believe…do you have the correct link to the bedside handoff survey?
I will check, thank you!

Thanks Jill. I corrected it, so appreciate your calling this out.

Tried it this evening, and the link still goes to the same page as the PFAC database survey. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NRB7N9X.
Here is the link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NLC7JCD
Odd thing is, when i view the link, it is correct. Can you clear your cache, and try it again? Here are directions on how to do that: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
I just checked the page again from two different browsers on a new
computer. The links are the same. Here is a screenshot Hope this helps!

Can you clarify for me where you are going to get this link? Are you going to the “Resources tab”, and under the video that Julie Newman presents Bedside Hand-off, and then clicking on the link under that video to get to the survey?
I too am checking, and it does seem to go to the correct “Bedside Handoff” survey, so I just want to make sure we are talking about the same link.
Would you be willing to call me tonight, to talk me through this? I would give you my personal phone.
I think I found it! I just noticed the other smaller box what had the link, and I just updated that link too! Please check again and let me know all is good! (Or not, if it’s not) THANK YOU!
Thanks for tracking this down! The links are working now… I tried while
logged in and logged out, and the behavior is now correct in both
Here are the steps I took last night:
– Click on Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC) link (right hand
section) which takes me to
– Click “Resources”
Then on the left side, I see the box for International Rounding, Peds ENT,
and PFAC Database. The link *does* take me to the correct survey now (
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NLC7JCD) but the text of the link does not
I also see the video you mentioned: “Bedside Handoff and Intentional
Rounding: The Voice of the Patient is Needed” as well (in the middle
section) and the link to the survey there as well. The link there does work
(https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NLC7JCD) but the text of the link does not
YIPPIE! Thank you for sticking with me!
