Lifestyle changes are key to easing Alzheimer's risk

Yonas Geda, a professor of neurology and psychiatry at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Ariz., presented his own research at the international conference on Alzheimer's showing exercise in midlife appears to be protective against dementia decades later.
