Please move this if need be. Just wanted to express my thanks to Drs. Hankins and Crowe at the Jacksonville site. Saw them today and they explained my old bad knee so thoroughly that I'm very comfortable with my options now. Great discussions, caring professionals. They made this whole ordeal much more tolerable! Love that they decided to pursue this profession!!!

@ees1, this is great to hear. If you don't mind sharing, what are some of the options they discussed with you? I know I felt better back when I had my options laid out to me in 2006 regarding my end-stage arthritis in my right knee.
