Will I still grow?

Currently I’m 14 years and 9 months old, and about 6’2 barefoot. I have peach fuzz, and my mom is 5’11 while my dad is 5’9. My maternal grandma was 6’2, and my maternal half sister is 6’1 with a 5’10 dad, but I don’t know if that means much. (Btw I started puberty around age 12.)

I am betting you will still grow. We had two sons 6'3". One entered puberty about 18 months earlier than the other. The one who entered puberty later stopped growing at about age 22. The one who entered puberty sooner stopped growing at about age 21. I am 5'8" their father was 5'10". I fed them all the healthy milk and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, fish, veggies, good home cooking they could take.

One had a slender build, could not gain weight. The other had a more muscular build and tended to gain weight after about age 30 The slender one is now over 30 and is gaining weight, also.

Stay away from processed food and sitting around too much. Stay physically active to stay healthy.
