Why do I have so many worries?
Why do I have so many worries? i have heard lots of noises at college, and for three years overthinking……maybe every day 2 or more hours……Now it's two years from then, but I have lots of worries if someone can harm me mentally, and write down lots of notes like thoughts get tricked?

If I stop it after many years of porn watching, my mind can rebooted, but how about those porn scenes left in my mind? Also, Is there any harm if someone mimic your encephala (brain) by using some other pictures on social medias?
I feel some people can attach harassment to objects, or some symbols, such as a question mark during chatting or writing etc how about these? In addition, if people can cause mental harm to you? What is it?
Due to grandparents' effort and cultivation, Should a boy, or a man, be admired to experience romantic love because he is well treated by grandparents, mom with rational atmosphere? If NOT, he may feel oppose grandparents' effort andcultivation?

My anxiety seems mainly form if some girlcompare my romance with some other men. Or I worry become the third guy out of two intimate people, a man and a woman, as I doubt I suspect. Why? Does these mean anything? If ok to analyze my anxiety, and how?
My dad gived me a used phone, tell me weird tone. I feel harassed if the phone is near me. If I write down notes in the phone I feel uncertain…every time I masturbate I want to hide the phone under something, out of sight. Other wise I feel anxious?
