I can’t post a photo. Is there a way around this? I have a lump that has appeared on my finger looks similar to a wart. Not ever had a wart before.
Hi @london2016, and welcome to Connect! You can post a photo to Connect, however please remove any personal information (i.e., name, DOB, etc.) prior to posting. Simply click the “add media” tab above the reply box. From there, you’ll be prompted to choose the file and upload.
Have you talked to a nurse about this? Or tried any over-the-counter wart remover? Here is some common info on warts: http://mayocl.in/1KVPtKq.

There doesn’t seem to be an upload photo feature. A GP yesterday said looked like a wart but to me looks like a blister. I was told to leave it for a week and if it doesn’t go they can spray it. It looks smaller today which makes me think it could be a small blister?
One possibility. I had something resembling a cyst or wart (about the size of a pea) appear on the outside of my right index finger, near the joint below the nail. It did not hurt but was rather unsightly. I saw an orthopedic doctor who removed it . . . and to his great surprise it was caused by a thorn. To my surprise it was not removed in his office but in a surgical room. Perhaps that is common procedure.
