Want to help Mayo Clinic improve our Breast Cancer website?
Looking for 2 volunteers
From time to time, I get requests from my colleagues for patient and caregiver feedback to help us improve things at Mayo Clinic.
Mayo Clinic will like to improve how information about breast cancer is presented on Mayo Clinic's website mayoclinic.org. We want to make is easier to navigate. The focus will be on the design of the page, not the specific text and information. We are conducting research sessions to get patient and caregiver feedback. This is phase 2. Some of you already participated in phase 1.
The interview sessions will be held virtually with the design researcher on your smartphone or computer. You will be asked to share your screen during the interview. You are not required to have your video camera on (optional).
The sessions will be 40 minutes long. We are looking to conduct the sessions between mid-October, 2021 during business hours. This research is voluntary, and you can leave the study at any time.
If interested, please comment below or send me a private message.

I am in.
I would be interested. I was part of phase 1, so they might want someone different for phase 2.
I did not do phase 1 but would be happy to help with phase 2
Sure I would be willing if you still need help.
Thank you. @auntioakley @roch @cedar75 and @windyshores. I will send you private message regarding contact information etc.
Mayo Clinic websites are my go to for every health problem. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer the Mayo book was the best book that I bought. I am grateful!
What is the Mayo book. Please share title. Thank you
I would be happy to help
Thank you, @kspicer. We have our 3 volunteers already. I'd like to keep your name on my list for future opportunities if I may.
Add mine too if you need more.
