With the epidemic of valley fever in Arizona why don’t you have a Valley Fever board?

Hello @cpratt,

Welcome to Connect. Discussions on Connect are user generated, so members are the ones who create boards or discussions. I moved your post to the Infectious Diseases group as it is a fungal infection and that group is a better fit. You can see the Infectious Diseases group here, https://connect.mayoclinic.org/group/infectious-disease/.

@cpratt, if you don’t mind sharing, do you or someone you know have valley fever?

@cpratt, I want to add my welcome to Connect. I do not know anything about Valley Fever, except that I was made aware of it after my transplant because my immunosuppressant drugs could put me at a higher risk of infection. I have been to Grand Canyon AZ, and spent lots of time outdoors and hiking. I had no problem as a result.

Here is a link to information about Valley Fever that you might find helpful.

How can we help you?
I look forward to hearing from you.
