Thanks , I do not have any pain ( thank God ) , but I do get acid reflux, I don’t see the tumerick helping in that area, but I will keep using it, It will get better results the longer you use it.
My husband has been taking tumeric for 3 months. Two masses have disapeared and two have shrunk. He also had pin point radiation . Hard to know if it helped or not. Will continue to take anyway.
Its a naturral anti inflamatory ise in Chinese medicine for over 300 years bioperene and piperine aids in absorption bioperine is black pepper !!all disease is an inflammatory response good luck !
So does diet, play any part in autoimmune disease. My wife wants me to see a nutritionist who uses Leap (lifestyle , eating and performance. They use a MRT (mediator release test which is blood work. The whole deal will cost me close to 1000.00 this includes three meetings with a nutritionist to go over results and set up a plan. Good idea or not

Just read that 80 % of population is magnesium deficent? Found in spinach collard greens beet root ect I have malabsorption so I would need a natural capsul or liquid form? It keeps you regular
I have Sjogren’s and Celiac and I was using turmeric with bioprine for awhile as I was told it was good for autoimmune diseases. I thought it was affecting my bowels: diarrhea, etc. Anyone else have this problem? Maybe I should to back to it to prove one way or another.

things change every day, chemo can have a different effect on anyone, so hang in there, your doctor should be able to tell you if there is a association there?? Lacy
I'm wondering if any of you have tried the turmeric root sold at Sprouts. I've been eating a piece of root every day but now am curious if it's unsafe. Am I supposed to be boiling it for tea? Do you know if it's safe to eat raw, out of the container?

@222nicki Welcome to connect Turmeric is an old spice lots if people add it to there food so I've never eaten it but use it as tea or in Golden milk people from India eat it all the time sprenkle on food If it doesn't bother you then I say won't hurt
I have PMR. Always had a "good" diet, mostly fruit and vegetables, organic and heirloom, very. very little meat., no sugar. I have been using powdered turmeric when I cook, as it is an aid for inflammatory condition. Perhaps it has helped me to taper quickly on the dreaded Prednisone. Of course we are all different, but I will continue to take it along with other ant-inflammatory herbs/spices
