Does anyone have trochleodynia?

I recently started having systemic (GI and joint) flares that seem to be related to an idiopathic inflammatory arthritis. It occurred to me that there are tendons controlling eye muscles and that perhaps the inflammation is there too, and potentially the cause of my chronic headache. I did a medical literature search and discovered something called Trochleodynia that matches my symptoms, particularly with regard to a painful snapping sensation I have if I rub my brow right above my right eye. My ophthalmologist agreed with this diagnosis and referred me to a neuro-ophthalmology specialist. I’m now waiting several months to see her. Has anyone else here experienced this? I need advice going into that appointment. I’m so afraid of being told again that “it’s just a migraine”.
