Trimix dose: Are there any concerns about penile health?

Enjoying the benefits of Trimix for sure. Firm believer! Should I be concerned about penile health with 2 hour erections ? Any long term experience? Especially with return to natural function following having these long term erections? Down to 7 units of lowest strength Trimix and still having 2 hour + erections. Takes Sudafed 60 mg to bring down. Does anyone have success with Trimix at less than 5 units ? Please do not get me wrong I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful sex I am enjoying with my wife due to Trimix. Life changer after starting to use 4 mos post surgery . Any help appreciated!

I am glad you are enjoying sex. I used Trimix for 7 months with excellent erections but the feeling was very low because my testosterone level was about 12, normally it's 521.
Last time I used it I had to call the hospital's given phone because the erection was up 2 hours after having sex and taking the pills to stop the erection did not work.
After that, I was given Papaveril, which had the same effect. I used it for 6 months. My wife and I decided to stop it because of poor sensation and hygiene.
It is nice if you feel good about it, which is the important thing.
I think it is safe and it may help you to satisfy a human need.

I use about 2.5 units. I have been using it for over 8 years. I have always needed only a small amount, maybe peaking at about 5 units, but this could have been due to different pharmacies and bottles, age of a dose, etc. It’s actually a bit frustrating that I need such a small amount at all, but nothing else works. I have had many 3-4 hour erections over the years. Buying the 30 unit syringes allows me to be more accurate with the dose, which helps shorten the erection period. The Sudafed never seemed to help. Weight lifting and the treadmill works better for me to get it back down.

I have found getting up and doing something with movement and not focusing on the erection for 30 min or so helps to bring it down. My medication is now 8 months old in the freezer. I have noticed that the 5 units that lasted 3+ hours is now less than an hour. I have not had particular success with Sudafed. One evening I took Benadryl for allergies. Happened to be shot night and the shot did not work at all. That may help.

Thanks guys! Yes, I find walking and warm showers helps a lot. In fact, I am not certain if it’s the Sudafed or walking as I generally take the Sudafed at about 1 1/2 hours and then take a walk. Gonna dose down to 5 UTs. I have no complaints however and have not come close to 4 hours. Good to see that using as low as 2.5 works as well. I am seeing some return to natural function at 6 mos post RALP and can see a time soon when oral tadalafil may be all I need. But Trimix is a huge blessing !!!!

I had the same issue with Trimix. Even at a very low dose, my erections lasted for hours and were painful. It felt like it was being overinflated.
I talked to my doctor and switched to Bimix, and I could not be happier. The erection does not last more than an hour, and there is no pain at all.
