triathlon and heart valve

Hi! I'm 42 years old. I have been participate triathlon events (sprint, Olympic and half distance triathlon) for 6 years. I haven' t any medical complaint. But my mitral valve is mild rheumatic and 1-2 degree (mild to moderate) regurgitation... in ecocardiographic imaging enddiastolic diameter 53 mm , enddiastolic diameter 33 mm, ejection fraction %70, ıvsd: 12 mm pwd: 11 mm, left atrium:38 mm .... I intended to pursue triathlon events. Can ı do ?
