travel to Greece and Turkey 5 weeks after my first Botox

I have a trip planned to Greece and Turkey 5 weeks after my first Botox
8 days will be on a cruise ship the other days on land In Athens and Istanbul, and Cappadocia Is this sensible or should I continue with adult absorbent under wear and plan the Botox after the trip?

I have mild ED & OAB, does Botox help relieve OAB, & does it affect the capability to have an erection?

Your trip sounds wonderful! I would suggest that you put off the Botox treatment until after your trip. I had Botox and it was great but it took several times for it to work for me. Everyone is different. You don't know if you may react badly to it or everything will be just fine. Also keep in mind that Botox doesn't work forever. It worked for me for 9 years but then it stopped. The hospital I went to stopped offering it also. Since I'm now 80, I made the decision to just "live with it" as my doctor suggested. It hasn't been that bad.
