Total Knee Replacement Post Surgery Pain.

I am 6 weeks out from a TKR. I’m making little progress in PT. My ROM yesterday was 95°. I also have pain and terrible cramps in that leg that keeps me awake at night. Surgeon’s Physician’s Assistant suggests a Manipulation Under Anesthesia as the next step. I’m going to have it because I don’t know what else to do. I’ve read a lot of comments on this site about MUA. Some folks suggest Myofascial release massage. I have a therapist who does it. Where should he focus the MFR, my entire leg, just below the knee?
