To anyone taking hydrea: Will you stop treatment to get the booster?

Will anyone taking the booster shot for covid go off hydrea for a short period before and after doing so. Feedback appreciated.........Claire39

Third dose is booked in three days and no .. I have not stopped Hydroxyurea before the injection. Seems what I have read, that is not necessary. Guess you could follow Dr advice if you are worried. Stay well.

I had the "3rd COVID Shot" or booster on September 7, 2021. I did NOT stop taking Hydroxyurea. I had not effects from the shot other than a slightly sore arm for a day. JB PV 2018 / Hydroxyurea 500 mg 2 x a day.

I had the "3rd COVID Shot" or booster on September 7, 2021. I did NOT stop taking Hydroxyurea. I had not effects from the shot other than a slightly sore arm for a day. JB PV 2018 / Hydroxyurea 500 mg 2 x a day.
