Sleep less, live well

“The problem with these studies is that they give you good information about association but not causation,” says Timothy Morgenthaler, professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic Centre for Sleep Medicine. Morgenthaler advises patients to aim for seven to eight hours of sleep a night and to evaluate how they feel.
