Than when I roll onto my back or sit up, and take deep breaths, I usually feel better and blood pressure goes back to a better level. I am not very fat, but have been complaining about this issue for years, it comes and goes, now has been with me for the past few years, its affects my sleep, I have run to the emergency several times, and the doctors say I am ok. This is frustrating as I know there is something wrong, sure of it.
