Teeth cracking and chipping

I’m 8 1/2 years out from stage IV treatments and recently have 5 teeth that have chipped and one with a slight crack.
I got 2 repaired and the there will be repaired next week.
These are teeth that I use for chewing solid food. My molars and wisdom teeth were extracted pre radiation treatment.

I have not had these problems yet, but months before I was diagnosed I went to the dentist and they told me I had pus in my gums due to gum disease. They wanted over $10,000 to fix it and my insurance only paid for about 10%. I didn't have the procedure done and then I got news of my throat cancer. I am concerned that maybe I am going to have problems with my teeth and gums going forward. I will have to follow up now with the dentist to get an exam and see where we go from there. I must be tough for you. Stay strong.

Mojo, i just came back in from the headache group and im not thinking too well. Im not sure how long i was out. It seems like a long time but I never know. I saw about your teeth. I’ve been worried about mine because I know they’re pieces coming off. I can’t face the dentist or anyone for that matter. The idea of getting hit outside the house I can’t imagine. I read your bio or whatever it is called and I think what am I worried about? I am tho. I’ve got a lot to think about and how good I’ve got it. I’m just guessing but the hell I’m coming out of again you know better than me. I don’t know what to say right now…
