T12 to S1 Spinal Fusion

Hello. I am looking for comments regarding this specific (T12 to S1) procedure. I know many of you out there have had spinal fusion but would like to hear from someone who has had this wide scope of fusion done. More specific to recovery and what your limitations are after 1 year after surgery. Thank you for any information to help me plan for it.
