Struggling with HRT since surgical menopause. Anyone else?

I don’t even know where to start. But full hysterectomy in 2015 age 36. Way too young for my life to end. Immediate menopause. Given so many hrts to try. Over the years every hrt is too strong. Shoots my levels up too much for me. Doesn’t matter how small a dose. I’ve tried it all.

Without hrt my stomach doesn’t work my brain can’t function I’m dizzy sick all the time.

We have figured out I have some weird metabolism of estradiol although not entirely sure. I’m just super sensitive and I can’t seem to get a consistent dose level going im still see sawing up and down all over the place even on 1/16 of .025 climara patch. I stick with the patch because it’s the slowest absorbing but I only leave it on for an hour. If I try to get my hormone levels to normal range I’m incredibly sick.

I’m so lost and confused and angry they took my ovaries out. I obviously had okayed processing hormones to start with due to the endo and innumerable fibroids.

I cry alot I feel like there’s no answers for me. I feel like my situation is not studied yet. So far the genetics have shown possible SULT issue in that pathway. That pathway adds sulfur to estradiol storing part of a dose so the whole thing doesn’t hit at once.

I’m desperate for just a calm stable body even if it’s not 100%. The roller coaster of hormones for the last 11 years has done a number on my health my brain and my life.

Is anyone struggling with hrt like me. I wish I could not take it but if I don’t then I probably won’t eat normally again or ever feel ok.
