Suffering in Silence

Sufering in Silence
It is treatable.
I was living with dizziness, brain fog, and fatigue for years, and then ED started showing up.
One day, the dizziness got so bad I thought I was having a stroke, and I didn't know what was
happening. I drank some water, started feeling better shortly after, and that's when I realized I
was probably dehydrated. You could be living with dehydration for decades and not even know
it.
On top of that, I was drinking tons of cafeine—probably 10 to 15 cups of cofee every day for
years—and barely drinking any water. I wasn't eating right either, just eating processed foods
that really are not good for you. Eventually, it all caught up with me, and my body just couldn't
take it anymore.
I called to make a doctor's appointment to get a complete checkup. That's what I did—I went
and got checked, and they found that I was dehydrated and vitamin D deficient, among other
things, but those were the two main issues. Right after that, I started hydrating.
Once I made those changes, pretty much everything returned to normal. The fatigue was gone,
my joints stopped aching, and ED is no longer an issue.
Everybody's lifestyle is diferent. You have to look at yours individually and tell your doctor what
you're doing if you're experiencing any symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, ED, joint aches, or
anything else. You have to let your doctor know everything that's going on with you to get on the
road to being healthy again.

You need to learn a different style of living if you were dehydrated for so long and didn’t know it. I wonder if you had a PCP, get a yearly physical exam, get routine exercise, go outdoors? Vitamin D deficiency means you don’t see much sunshine. I’m also guessing you’re single too. You need to get a healthier routine in your life so you can maintain this new found health you have.
