Suffering from severe nerve pain in legs and back from myelomalacia

10 years ago started having mild nerve pain in my lower legs and was diagnosed with compression at L5. In short, have had 3 surgeries and a spine stimulator before it was determined the problem is chronic cord damage at T11-12. Last resort has been opioid medication. Much more info and experience than this but last resort has been opioids and desperate for info if anyone has had the same experience
