Stomach issues and Prolia

I have been having stomach issues of loose and "fluffy" soft stools since having my first Prolia injection. Has anyone else experienced this and if they have how long has it lasted. Thank you!

I received my first prolia shot December 1, 2025 and have been having the same issues - loose, mushy stools. I may not get a second injection. I thought this side effect would be gone by now.

Just happened to read your post and realized I’ve had similar
situation.. never connected it to the Prolia! Timing is just right
I had second shot in December
and it’s been that way since the first. Never made the connection. I think that because I once had bowel resection surgery for an obstruction, I’m
always more concerned with
the opposite situation. But I
think you may have hit on something. Never read about this as a side effect. Going to ask my dr

I got my first Prolia shot in November 2025. For 3 days I had stomach burn and nothing else. Fast forward to May 2026 when I got my second Prolia shot. 6 days after I started with diarreah once a day and soft fluffy stool at night. This went on for 3 weeks. Then I got lower abdominal pain and more of the loose stool. I went to urgent care and to my primary. No real answers. Has yours subsided? I was wondering what your doctor said?
