After 22 years, my implants “exploded”. Some of the silicone migrated to an armpit next to a cyst. The area became sensitive and ruptured. Squeezing removed a lot of the cyst and the silicone. Now my doctor wants to go in and completely remove the cyst and get a sample of my lymph node. Since silicone is not supposed to cause any problems with the body, is this extra procedure really necessary?
