Side effects of Tremfya

I have crohns I take infusions tremfya when I’m receiving the infusion I get a odd feeling in my chest I mentioned it to nurse it has happened ever time , Also I have been getting a lot of migraines, just curious if anyone out with a similar side effect .

I started on Tremfya for Crohns in late February and the last few weeks I have developed severe joint pain to the point that I went into the hospital overnight. Has anyone ever had severe joint pain as a side effect?
