Severe Hunger pains after gallbladder removal

Hello. I am a 40 ye old female. I had gb removal a year ago and have recently started severe hunger pains throughout the day?? They come suddenly so I feel like I might projectile vomit at times. Usu don't last long. Seems like if I eat they go away but it happens even when I should not b hungry?? I had these symptoms briefly just before the surgery also but not near as bad. Also tried drinking alcohol 4 mths after surgery and less than 1 drink projectile vommiting.again tried after 1 year and same result… I take ppi twice a day but otherwise healthy 110 lbs no medical issues. Hate feeling like this. Any suggestions welcome plz

Thank u so much. I recently saw the Dr. And she doubled my Prilosec . Suppose to Fu if it doesn't help. Says it could take 6 weeks if it is an ulcer. I don't feel like I have an ulcer. No burning feeling etc. However when I feel the pains I do seem to belch a lot . As far as the food… It could be just a few bites of banana and it seems to help? The feeling is like an hollow feeling…gnawing at my stomach like severe hunger.

Hey this recently has been happening to me I had my gb removed in August and almost straight after a week later I had pains I was back in hospital found out I had acute gastritis, that cleared up a few weeks later and I been fine eating what I want till almost a week ago I’m getting these intense like hunger pains almost similar to the gallbladder attacks I’m worried the gastritis is back but I hope it’s not going to last long

Hi there I was reading about ..I had removed my gallbladder laproscopic before 3 weeks ..can u tell me wat kind of that hunger pains feels like ..are they spread towards back n chest.. feels like tightness discomfort..?? kindly help and share about
