Rising PSA after brachytherapy

Posted by @mazharulhuq, Aug 3, 2016

I had seed implant June 2011. My PSA went down from 3.4 at diagnosis to 0.1 by December 2012, then rose to 0.2 in June 2013 and back to 0.1 in December 2013. Since then PSA has been going up, initially slowly to 0.4 in July 2015 and then rapidly to 1.5 in July 2016. RO thinks it is benign PSA bound. My question is it recurrence. What should I do now
