I have restless leg syndrome and fibromyalgia. I am wondering if anyone has taken any vitamins, minerals, or other supplements that have helped with this condition.
Absolutely. For me, it is dependent on my B12 and iron levels. Also I started taking calcium/magnesium (2) two hours before bedtime. It took it some time to build up but now that it has I haven’t had any symptoms. Good luck!
