Does anyone have reoccurring diverticulitis flareups? It’s so incredibly difficult to know what is causing this because it does not happen right away. It kind of creeps up seems to be when I enjoy a full meal and a few drinks more than one day in a row, I get this flareup. Sometimes worse than other times end up in the ER on antibiotic followed by a liquid diet. Extremely difficult to live like this and go to the ER every time this happens, wondering if anyone has similar problems and or solutions

I had 3 flareups in 6 years. Never as bad as yours ( never had to go to ER). Antibiotics helped. Gastroenterologist said it would keep happening unless they removed the diseased part of the colon. I had surgery 8 weeks ago. Much better if you plan ahead for surgery rather than have it on an emergency basis during a flare up in the ER. My colorectal surgeon had 10 years experience doing robotic surgery for diverticulitis. Recovery is slow but improving every day. Good luck.

If you have IBS-d or c. My solution is take digestive enzymes and high probiotics supplements before a big meal. Amazon or go to health food store. To regulate for IBS-c take Metamucil as needed. It work for me.
I had my gallbladder surgery over a year ego and I was a mess. Good luck going Natural way is the best. Watch your diet eat low fat foods no greasy or fatty meals.
