Reclast related heart issues

Has anyone had heart issues related to ReClast? It is a side effect. I had a silent heart attack while in the hospital trying to determine why it hurt so much to walk. My left thigh and hip had severe pain following ReClast infusion, a known side effect. Now I’m wondering if my heart attack which resulted in a pacemaker, is a direct result of ReClast also. I don’t doubt it. Anyone else?
