Recently diagnosed with arthritis in joints; tests have no rheumatoid factor, so, osteoarthritis mentioned. BUT, within a FEW months, increasing pain in all joints, but especially debilitating locking knee joints, loud cracking or crackling sound, as much as 6 times in an hour fall onto a neighboring cart when walking–so picked up a cane for what I hope is only temporary. Not only knees, but wrists, and mid-foot, not exactly ankles, elbows, shoulders, fingers, low back…Rheumatologist only says “wait and see” which is not helping me as inflammation in joints is increasing with higher CRP factor, showing increasing inflammation. Any ideas–in my 50’s and want to work–but falling and wracked with pain is not helpful. Any ideas in Dallas or North Texas area?
