How are you managing the side effects of raloxifene (Evista)?

Have tried all post breast cancer meds.the one that gives me least side effects seems to be raloxifene. After a short break from it,i started again.,this time very noticable shortness of breath and walking up steps is extremely hard. I read this can be side effect that can last up to six months. Just not sure i can hold out that long to see if it does get better. Has anyone been on raloxifene and have any suggestions ir willing to share their experiences.thank you
