Pulling/spasms of smile / zygomaticus muscles

Hello, Diagnosed with fiberous zygomaticus major by from a 09/18/26 Bilateral TMJ MSK Ultrasound report.
Perhaps brought on by lifelong of nocturnal teeth grinding and a natural bite of clenching.
Causing symptoms of chronic jowl pulling, eye pulling, constant dry mouth and daily fatigue, at times difficulty speaking, with no heart palpitations.
Does anyone has this as part of their TMJ/TMD?
Does anyone has this fiberous zygomaticus major by itself being chronic?
If so, what has worked or not?
