PSA has dropped, but still having urination issues

Went to the doctor last week for my 3 months PSA reading i started at 7.65 after radiation it has dropped to 3 he said i'm heading in the right direction. I'm still having issues urinating and still have pain but with time hope all this goes away i wanna feel like me again.

People get a prescription for Flomax when they have urinary problems after radiation. Have you asked your doctor about that problem or has your doctor mentioned that?

I was given Tamsulosin 0.4mg and it has worked wonders for my urination issues.

@jeffmarc I was given Tamsulosin 0.4mg and it has worked for my urination issues. And the burning drives me insane.

Someone else posted that Uribel really works to stop burning while peeing.

You should ask your doctor about it.
