Prostate cancer treatment decision with other serious medical issues

For those of you who are ”lucky” enough (raising hand) to have other serious medical conditions as well as prostate cancer, I came across an interesting abstract/podcast that I want to share… Making a treatment decision when prostate cancer is your worst/only medical condition is agonizing enough, but when you have other medical issues it brings any decision to a new level..
The title of the abstract/podcast is: “The role of Comorbidities in treatment decision making across the spectrum of Prostate Cancer”

This really highlights the need for more individualized treatment decisions and requires a medical oncologist or team that can give guidance to those of us in this situation..
