prolapsed bladder surgery

Posted by @baw in Kidney & Bladder, Aug 19, 2012

I am going to have surgery, but can not decided the best way to go. Stitching it up the old way or mesh sling. I am leaning toward the old way. Anyone able to shed some light on the mesh sling or the old way with stitches?

Have you ever heard of a product called a V2 Supporter? One of the indications listed on the packaging is a prolapsed bladder. If you require surgery, I'm not sure how much it will help. That said, it's the only thing I know of to treat the condition and I don't see how it could hurt. It may even bring you some measure of relief, temporary as it may be. If you wish to read more about it, you can do so here:
