Just to make sure I’m understanding your question correctly, you had your period last month but haven’t had sex since it ended, right? Was it a full period, not just spotting? I’m only asking because very early in a pregnancy there can be some spotting taking place. If it was a full, normal course of your period then it would be highly unlikely that you’re pregnant.

To be on the safe side, you can take a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant, it would show up by now on the indicator strip. But chances are you’re not. Has this been helpful?

Hi there @coxcountry1978 and Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I do think that to determine whether or not you are pregnant, more information is needed. You can definitely still get pregnant while on your period, though according to research, the odds for pregnancy are lower on the days of your period, they aren't zero. Here is some information you may be interested in reading to help with informing you with a timeline.

Based on your profile name and your post in fertility and reproductive health, may I ask, are you in your 40's and looking to conceive?

coxcountry1978 @coxcountry1978,

I suggest an appointment with your primary doctor or gynecologist. Sounds like you know what is normal for you, and this is not your normal. Due to it being different, it is worth checking out.

Then you will know for sure.

Laurie
