Posture position
Probably a month or two before I was diagnosed with CIDP, I started feeling like I was being pulled forward from my stomach and abdomen area. It was not because I was out of shape because I spent part of my time weekly unloading pallets of food for a large food pantry in our area. When I began to recover 3 years later, that feeling went away. I had a relapse in March 2025 and the feeling came back. By the time I do a couple of household chores I am bent over in half. I have to back up to the wall and lift myself up slowly & sit down and rest for a few minutes. I have mentioned it to the neurologist more than once but he said he is not sure there is anything we can do about it. Has anyone ever experienced this problem? Please advise.

I am not a doctor. My advice. See a physical therapist. I am somewhat stopped over, not bad, from years of poor posture, but mainly because of time at the computer and in a chair reading. I frequently spend time stretching the upper body to counter how I position my body much of the day. I do lift often 20 - 30 lbs boxes but that doesn't resolve my posture.
