Post ulna bone shortening severe nerve pain

I’m two weeks post ulna bone shortening and right wrist scoping which showed complete tears of my TFCC and scapholunate ligaments and a lot of loose cartilage. I’m having extreme nerve pain all the way up to my shoulder at night mostly. I’m taking gabapenten, melatonin, and oxycodene and nothing has helped. Anyone else experiencing similar symptoms?
