Post THR issues with Penis stinging and raised testicle discomfort

Hello THR anterior left side Dec 2025
Surgeon said hip was tight and difficult during surgery - took 4 hours, lost more than 1/2 blood also. Then needed 2 blood transfusion in days following due to low count. Had stinging end of penis at times and now when moving certain way testicle - raised and gives discomfort and sore lower abdomen area also. Am sore end of day but walk 10000 steps . Dr said hip good but issues are due to nerve damage? Had ultrasound done to rule out hernia and torsion. Any help or suggestions appreciated.
