Post-Op Transwoman Intimate Stimulation

I'm a 72 year old transgender woman, six months post-op vulvaplasty (zero-depth vaginaplasty). I just had my six month review with my surgical team and asked about clitoral stimulation (climax, orgasm, etc.). Their response was all nerve endings have been successfully relocated to my new clitoris, and should be able to experience an orgasm within six months to a year.
My wife and I are starting to get intimate again and I don't seem to be able to experience anything like what she and other women describe. My Urologist suggested looking on YouTube for a a description / technique, but I'm loath to rely on the suggestions off a social media based resource. Any suggestions of where to reach out for medically-validated sites that might offer some instruction?

I'm now 74 years old. I had a vaginoplasty surgery in 2020 and have yet to experience an orgasm. I did press the issue with the urologist who performed my surgery. Her response was it's mental as opposed to physical . . . not the answer I was hoping for.

@cek I can understand your frustration. My surgical team simply said "see a doctor who specializes in sexual dysfunction." Not at all the answer I was looking for as well. And of course, there isn't such a doctor in practice where I live.
I keep looking for a reputable source on line, but to this point, no avail.
Thanks for sharing. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one.

@bobbie4481 Although I have not had an orgasm post-op, I wouldn't change anything at all!

@cek Right there with you, sister. I can step out of the shower, see my reflection in the mirror and not feel a wave of dysphoria. I knew from acquaintances that it was a fifty fifty deal going in. They've encouraged me to sit tight and let nature take its course. One gal told me it took a year, but it's working out well for her, so I guess there's still hope.
